Preliminary studies and schematic design
During this stage, it is our objective to deeply understand our client's idea and put ourselved into the mind of the future occupants and users of the project. For that, we study the lot, observe its environment and analyze the regulatory context that we must meet.
Once this stage is concluded, we start to visualize the architectural opportunities, looking for an aethetially pleasing and functionl project within a viable construction budget.
Construction documents and technical specifications
After the schematic design and before execution, there is the phase of construction documents. Being OPB the first architectural consulting company in Costa Rica with a quality control system based on ISO 9001, our process of production documents differientiates itself from others by being highly efficient and guaranteeing a minimal margin of error.
Here we also showcase our ability to coordinate specialists from other areas, like the inclusion of structural, electrical or mechanical design among others.
Site supervision
At this point, the construction documents are converted into a built reality. It is vital for OPB to observe and supervise the execution of any project and coordinate all necessary parties so that the initial idea, design and drawings that were approved by our clients is translated into an examplary architecture.
