Our customers are aware of the need to minimize the environmental impact that their projects may have, so our architects have been trained in sustainable design. Our projects conform to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), as well as to EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies). LEED is the most respected third-party verification system for sustainable structures around the world, and EDGE has been recently developed by the World Bank. By following these regulations, our designs are not only more water and energy efficient, but they also create healthier environments which improve productivity and well-being.
